What you will do

• Deliver high-quality motion design projects from art direction through to final delivery.
• Develop impactful brand identities for mobile games in collaboration with other creative teams.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and create storyboards/animatics to communicate concepts.
• Stay updated with pop culture, social media, and design trends to optimize creative performance.
• Work in a collaborative, feedback-driven environment with high attention to detail.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in motion graphic design within advertising or entertainment marketing.
• Expert proficiency in After Effects, Cinema 4D, Octane Render, Premiere, and Photoshop.
• Strong demo reel showcasing expert-level motion design and animation skills.
• Experience with video editing, color grading, and sound design.
• English: Excellent communication skills required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Barcelona office on a hybrid basis.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience using Unreal Engine for cinematic-quality renders.
• Additional experience with Unity.
• Strong understanding of Social Media, Performance Marketing, and User Acquisition creatives.
• Proactive interest in AI-assisted design tools.
