• Lead the risk agenda end-to-end, including setting the framework and building the function.
• Collaborate closely with the Founder and the broader leadership team as a member of the ExCo.
• Engage proactively with regulators across multiple jurisdictions.
• Oversee the transition of the risk function from its current foundation to a fully scaled operation.
• Manage central group teams and local risk heads across key markets.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a senior risk leader in a regulated, multi-jurisdictional financial services environment.
• Experience operating and leading at the ExCo level.
• Strong ownership instinct and the ability to work at a fast pace.
• Possess the technical credentials and operating style aligned with a high-growth fintech.
