What you will do

• Onboard new customers to the Databricks platform and assist existing users with new use cases.
• Guide customers in making optimal technical decisions to achieve their goals.
• Manage multiple customer onboardings simultaneously.
• Track and report on onboarding progress.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (pre-sales, professional services, or consulting).
• Experience with Data Engineering technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka.
• Experience with Data Science and ML tools like pandas and scikit-learn.
• Proficiency in Data Warehousing and SQL (OLTP/OLAP/DSS).
• Solid understanding of end-to-end data analytics workflows.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Databricks Certification.
