What you will do

  • Manage clients on technical, business, and product levels to help them achieve their goals.
  • Grow and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and potential challenges for clients.
  • Conduct training sessions and webinars for customers.
  • Manage the introduction and rollout of new platform features.
  • Act as the client's representative when collaborating with Sales, Product, Legal, and Marketing teams.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, BDM, or Project Manager in crypto, fintech, or payments spheres.
  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or MS Excel.
  • Basic understanding of KYC is a significant advantage.
