Salary: 8 000 – 11 000 PLN (UoP)

What you will do

• Coordinate accounting activities between the external accounting provider in Poland and internal stakeholders.
• Validate and align local accounting data with group reporting requirements using NetSuite.
• Reconcile general ledger balances, oversee intercompany transactions, and investigate discrepancies.
• Support the month-end closing process and prepare financial reports for internal and group purposes.
• Monitor cash flow, perform bank reconciliations, and ensure cash availability for payments.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal policies while supporting external auditors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles; experience with US GAAP is preferred.
• Proficiency in ERP systems; experience with NetSuite is highly desirable.
• English proficiency level C1.
• Must be based in Poland.
