Accounts Payable Internship, US Canada (12 Months) (Finance)

What you will do

• Review and process third-party invoices for international affiliates to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Enter accounting documents into Oracle ERP in accordance with internal procedures and policies.
• Prepare and analyze regular and ad-hoc accounts payable reports.
• Collaborate with business partners and third parties to resolve invoice inquiries or discrepancies.
• Support the P2P department with various invoice processing activities and sub-processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial ERPs (Oracle).
• Must be a holder of work permit & residency in Poland.
• Ability to navigate a multitasking environment with an international mindset.

Nice to have

• Additional language proficiency.
• Previous experience in a related internship or finance role.
• Advanced familiarity with Oracle ERP.
