Location: Hybrid (Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania). 2 days in the office are recommended.

Salary: €8,075 – €10,925 gross per month

What you will do

• Coach and grow junior Engineering Managers into high-performing organizational leaders.
• Define the roadmap for engineering tooling and processes based on the needs of the wider organization.
• Establish reporting frameworks and engineering KPIs to demonstrate the impact and health of engineering functions.
• Accelerate the adoption of AI-assisted development and modern engineering ways of working across the company.
• Oversee the scaling of CI/CD, Observability, and Developer Portals to support 500+ engineers.
• Manage domain-wide headcount planning and multi-million euro vendor budgets.

Requirements

• Proven track record of scaling engineering organizations and maturing management teams.
• Expertise in stakeholder management and aligning complex roadmaps with organizational goals.
• Strong focus on operational excellence, including defining engineering KPIs and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize high-impact initiatives in developer experience and AI adoption.
• Deep strength in organizational design and people leadership.
