• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and improve platform functionality.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior teams to ensure swift resolution.
• Document customer interactions and track technical trends using Salesforce.
• Contribute to the growth of the knowledge base by creating and updating technical resources.
• Educate customers on best practices to optimize their business workflows within hirify.global.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with hirify.global, either personally or professionally.
• Proven track record in an enterprise-focused technical support role within a B2B tech environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored for diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical skills and technical aptitude for solving complex problems.
• Experience with Salesforce, Confluence, and G Suite.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom
