Salary: 12,600 – 20,400 PLN gross monthly

What you will do

• Develop and optimize character systems, including modular creation, customization, and LODs.
• Write high-quality, efficient C++ code for character technology and pipelines.
• Collaborate with designers, artists, animators, and riggers in an interdisciplinary team.
• Perform debugging, profiling, and bug fixing to ensure peak performance and quality.
• Create technical documentation and debug tools to assist other developers.

Requirements

• Professional experience with Unreal Engine.
• Deep knowledge of C++ and strong math and algorithmic skills.
• Experience with profiling and memory optimizations.
• 3+ years of experience in the game development industry with at least one shipped title using UE technology.
• Fluent English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Graphics programming experience and knowledge of GPU/CPU architecture.
• Proficiency with graphics debugging tools like RenderDoc or Pix.
• Experience developing AAA titles for game consoles.
