The Unreal Engine / C++ Developer will create 3D games and Virtual Production environments for live gaming products. Working closely with product owners, artists, and designers, you will build engaging gameplay experiences while contributing to new technologies and development tools.

🚀 Responsibilities
• Develop, maintain, and optimize gameplay mechanics and core systems using Unreal Engine 5 and C++
• Take ownership of network, memory, GPU, and CPU performance for implemented features
• Identify, debug, and resolve issues within Unreal Engine and project-specific systems
• Work with Unreal Engine rendering and compositing solutions, including Composure
• Collaborate closely with designers, artists, and developers to deliver high-quality features
• Maintain clean, scalable, and well-structured code
• Contribute to gameplay systems, tools, and virtual production workflows

📚 Required Skills
• Strong passion for software development and code quality
• Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine 5
• Strong proficiency in C++
• Experience with Unreal Engine Blueprints
• Experience using Unreal profiling and performance analysis tools
• Familiarity with HTTP and WebSocket communication protocols
• Understanding of build processes, compiler toolchains, and content pipelines
• Experience working with Git and collaborative development workflows
• Strong optimization skills for code and assets
• Solid debugging, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong willingness to learn and grow professionally

👍 Nice to Have
• Familiarity with the Unreal Composure plugin
• Experience with Blackmagic hardware
• Experience with virtual production workflows
• Interest in modern programming practices
• Knowledge of the latest Unreal Engine features and technologies
