What you will do

• Direct technical aspects of development and production while overseeing quality management.
• Define and drive the strategy for core project technology, including shared engines and build systems.
• Mentor Leads and guide Senior Engineers on architecture and design decisions.
• Identify technical risks early and provide proactive solutions for production efficiency.
• Represent the company during customer calls, on-site visits, and industry events.
• Make hiring decisions for Senior and Lead engineering candidates.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading a game development team of 8+ engineers.
• Proficiency in C++ and expert knowledge in at least one game development domain.
• Proven experience with mobile development, publishing, and platform limitations.
• Professional fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Must be based in or able to work from Kraków or Warsaw, Poland.

Nice to have

• Development experience in AAA games.
• Professional experience with Unreal Engine.
• Experience with back-end development or CI/CD tools.
• Experience with Console development and certification.
