What you will do

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to property advisory, market analysis, and transaction processes.
• Evaluate AI responses for technical accuracy, practicality, and compliance with real-world requirements.
• Draft realistic real estate scenarios and variations from different perspectives (agent, client, investor, property manager).
• Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated real estate content.
• Contribute to the development of advanced AI property and management systems.

Requirements

• Senior-level real estate agent with significant professional experience.
• Must be based in the EU or UK.
• Experience in advising on, developing, and executing real estate projects and transactions.
• Skilled at evaluating workflows, technical requirements, and compliance.
• Availability for 8–20 hours per week.
