What you will do

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to customer success, client engagement, and support processes.
• Evaluate AI responses for accuracy and compliance with real-world professional requirements.
• Draft realistic customer scenarios based on direct professional experience.
• Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g., CSM, client, support team, or stakeholder).
• Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated customer success content.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience as a Customer Success Manager.
• Must be based in the EU or UK.
• Proven expertise in advising on, developing, and executing customer success strategies.
• Ability to work independently and provide structured, critical feedback.
• Availability for 8–20 hours per week.
