TL;DR

LGBTQ+ Brand Manager (Entertainment): Managing LGBTQ+ audience engagement and representation across campaigns, product features, and creator partnerships with an accent on cultural authenticity and inclusive communication. Focus on embedding LGBTQ+ perspectives into the user experience, identifying growth opportunities within the community, and scaling creator-led partnerships.

Location: Remote or Hybrid (Cyprus). Open to relocating to Cyprus

What you will do

  • Serve as the internal voice for LGBTQ+ audiences to ensure culturally informed and respectful communications globally.
  • Plan and execute targeted campaigns and collaborate with the Product team on inclusive representation in features and UX.
  • Partner with Social and Events teams to shape channel strategies and authentic event activations.
  • Manage relationships with LGBTQ+ creators and identify potential brand ambassadors.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Community, and Copy teams to embed inclusive perspectives.
  • Identify growth opportunities to drive acquisition and retention within LGBTQ+ communities.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or campaign roles within digital or entertainment platforms.
  • Deep understanding of LGBTQ+ culture and lived experience or a demonstrated connection to these communities.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Brand, and Creative teams.
  • Strong communication skills and a high attention to detail.
  • Open to relocating to Cyprus and working closely with the team on-site.

Nice to have

  • Relevant degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with creator-driven platforms or entertainment industries.
  • Previous experience specifically marketing to LGBTQ+ audiences.
