What you will do
- Scale and improve the creator program, including tier systems, revenue share, and performance bonuses.
- Build infrastructure such as creator portals, dashboards, and automated payout processes.
- Recruit and grow the creator base, creating a funnel from engaged players to mid-tier streamers.
- Track key metrics (ROI, installs) and prepare reports for product and marketing teams.
- Coordinate with legal on revenue share agreements and collaborate with Community and Media Marketing teams.
Requirements
- More than two years of experience managing creator or influencer programs in gaming.
- Experience building creator-facing infrastructure (dashboards, portals, automation).
- Strong understanding of the gaming creator ecosystem across Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, and Discord.
- Hands-on experience with revenue share models and promo code systems.
- High level of English proficiency.
Nice to have
- Experience with platforms such as Nexus.gg, CreatorIQ, impact.com, or Grin.
- Experience scaling programs across multiple regions such as LATAM, SEA, or MENA.
- An existing network within the gaming creator community.
- Basic web development knowledge to manage portal and dashboard development.
