What you will do

• Interpret project scopes to determine practical system structures before building.
• Implement operational systems across project management, documentation, and automation tools.
• Design workflows, task hierarchies, templates, and SOPs that align with real-world usage.
• Translate raw communication (Looms, voice notes, chats) into structured systems and documentation.
• Break down complex projects into actionable tasks, timelines, and dependencies.
• Identify inefficiencies to simplify overbuilt or unclear systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience implementing systems in tools such as ClickUp, Notion, Asana, or Airtable.
• Ability to develop build strategies, including structure, logic, and tradeoffs, prior to execution.
• Strong written English and documentation skills.
• High attention to detail with a practical, execution-first mindset.
• Ability to work independently from scopes with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• Experience with automation tools like Zapier and Make.com.
• Familiarity with AI tools and structuring systems for AI usage.
• Experience supporting founders, agencies, or fast-moving teams.
