hirify.global is developing an AI-driven platform to automate and scale complex document analysis and evaluation processes.

What you will do

• Develop and enhance a conversational AI chatbot interface across both frontend and backend.
• Design and implement a Go/No-Go module for evaluating tenders and RFP assessments.
• Build validation logic for quantities and key performance indicators (KPIs) in documents.
• Transition LLM processing from synchronous single requests to asynchronous batch workflows.
• Improve and expand UI components for analysis results, feedback systems, and dashboards.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, and Pydantic.
• Strong experience with TypeScript, Next.js, and React.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL and pgvector.
• Knowledge of LLM integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) and tools like Langfuse or Pydantic AI.
• Familiarity with Docker, Terraform, and GitHub Actions.
• Ability to independently design functional logic for complex product features.
