What you will do

• Develop course structures and learning objectives for AI-assisted QA modules in collaboration with instructional designers.
• Create comprehensive content including lessons, manuals, guides, and assessment materials.
• Produce educational videos as a speaker and develop supporting screencasts and slides.
• Design the course's final project to ensure alignment with industry standards and objectives.
• Analyze student feedback to iteratively improve and refine educational content.
• Optionally lead synchronous online learning sessions as a teacher.

Requirements

• Professional experience in QA engineering (5+ years).
• Hands-on experience implementing AI-assisted QA tools (e.g., testRigor, Magic Inspector, Rainforest QA).
• Proven track record in tech leadership, mentoring, or engineer advocacy.
• Fluent English (both written and spoken).
• Ability to commit at least 10 hours per week.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Experience as a Technical Writer, Editor, or Author.
• Background in teaching or creating professional educational content.
