What you will do

• Implement the learning strategy and annual plan aligned with business goals.
• Perform enterprise- and team-level training needs analysis by function and role.
• Design, source, or curate learning programs, content, and delivery modalities.
• Manage L&D budgets, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations.
• Measure learning impact using clear metrics and report outcomes for process improvement.
• Coach and coordinate L&D Specialists and develop HR team training capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an L&D or Training Manager, preferably within an IT company.
• Significant experience with effective learning and development methods and tracking metrics.
• Knowledge of e-learning platforms and LMS course design.
• Experience in project management and budgeting.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) required.
