Regular .NET Developer (Fintech)

TL;DR

Regular .NET Developer (Fintech): Developing and maintaining core card payment systems with an accent on transaction authorization, settlement, and external integrations. Focus on optimizing high-load performance, security, and system availability for processing hundreds of thousands of daily transactions.

Location: Hybrid (Remote-first, must be based in Poland and able to visit the Warsaw office 2 days per month)

Salary: 100–110 PLN per hour

What you will do

• Develop and maintain .NET applications within the card payment domain.
• Design and implement new functionalities based on business and regulatory requirements.
• Integrate systems with external services using REST, SOAP, and messaging queues.
• Optimize application performance, availability, and security.
• Collaborate with Analysts, Architects, and QA in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Participate in SIT/UAT testing, perform code reviews, and prepare technical documentation.

Requirements

• Commercial experience with C# and .NET (Framework / Core).
• Proficiency in ASP.NET Core, Angular, and WebAPI.
• Experience with SQL Server (T-SQL), Entity Framework, LINQ, and Dapper.
• Strong knowledge of SOLID principles and design patterns.
• Experience with unit testing (xUnit / NUnit) and Git, CI/CD, and TeamCity.
• Polish: Native or C2 level required.
• English: Professional level for working with technical documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience in card payments or payment processing domain.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience working on high-availability or complex distributed systems.
