What you will do

• Develop multi-channel media strategies to drive business growth and align with marketing objectives.
• Identify target audiences and determine optimal media mix across digital, print, TV, radio, and social channels.
• Oversee large-scale media campaigns from planning through execution.
• Manage in-house media buying and external agency coordination to ensure flawless delivery.
• Optimize campaign performance using real-time data and provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
• Lead and coach the media team, identifying skill gaps and providing development opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles and campaign management.
• Proven experience creating cross-media plans with a deep understanding of paid media channels.
• Ability to act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client requirements.
• Strong budget planning and prioritization skills.
• Experience coaching junior team members in planning and reporting.
• Must be based in Beirut, Lebanon.
