What you will do

• Execute and optimize performance media campaigns across search, social, and display channels to drive client revenue growth.
• Perform Search Query Report (SQR) analysis to implement negative keywords and optimize bidding strategies.
• Develop weekly performance reports, translating key metrics into actionable recommendations for campaign improvement.
• Analyze user engagement metrics (CTR, conversion rates, bounce rates) to optimize ad creatives and landing pages.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of paid media performance and audience behavior to inform targeting and budget allocation.
• Manage finance reconciliation processes, verifying campaign spend and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in a STEM major.
• Experience in digital media, paid advertising, or media buying (agency experience is a plus).
• Proven track record of managing successful paid search and social campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Must be based in Beirut, Lebanon for hybrid office work.
