What you will do

• Create and maintain clear business requirements, specifications, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop technical documentation, system diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Analyze and specify integrations with 3rd party systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
• Verify that new requests align with product goals and do not disrupt existing functionality.
• Assist in the testing phase of the product.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Kyiv for on-site work
• 3+ years of experience as a Business or System Analyst in software companies.
• English: Upper-intermediate or Advanced level required
• Strong analytical skills and experience in collecting and elaborating requirements.
• Knowledge of IP protocol stack, REST API design, and integration protocols.
• Basic understanding of software architecture, microservices, and mobile/web development processes.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence) and design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Balsamiq.
• Experience in product management, engineering, UX/UI, or marketing.
• Previous pre-sale experience.
• Ability to make architecture-related decisions.
