• Build and manage end-to-end data pipelines from A to Z.
• Develop and optimize recommendation systems and ML models to drive product growth.
• Collaborate in a specialized squad of Data and ML Engineers to optimize user journeys.
• Scale the platform's data infrastructure to ensure long-term profitability.
• Take high ownership of the entire data lifecycle in a lean team environment.

Requirements

• Experience in data engineering and building ML-focused pipelines.
• Ability to operate with high autonomy and ownership.
• English: Proficiency required (CV must be submitted in English).
• Location: Must be based in Lithuania or eligible to work from there.
