People & Culture Intern (Medtech)

People & Culture Intern (Medtech): Supporting day-to-day People & Culture processes including onboarding, recruitment, and administration with an accent on employee experience and operational efficiency. Focus on implementing new tools, managing P&C documentation, and coordinating personal development measures.

Location: Onsite in Vienna, Austria. Must be an EU citizen or have a valid Austrian work permit.

Salary: €1,500 gross monthly

What you will do

• Support day-to-day People & Culture processes to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in the onboarding experience and recruitment processes.
• Handle the administrative side of P&C and employee personal development measures.
• Assist in the implementation of new internal tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile working environment.

Requirements

• Passion for gaining experience in People & Culture.
• Strong reliability, integrity, discretion, and organizational talent.
• Native-level written and verbal communication in English.
• EU citizenship or a valid Austrian work permit.
• Proactive learner with a 'can-do' attitude.
