UIX Designer (Gamedev)

What you will do

• Conduct player-centered UX research and create wireframes to solve player problems and optimize flows.
• Design cohesive and readable UI elements, applying principles of graphic design, typography, and color theory.
• Collaborate cross-discipline with game designers, audio designers, and engineers to integrate UI/UX into the game.
• Implement design assets and documentation within the proprietary Decima game engine.
• Create UI animations and motion design to add expression and satisfaction to the player's journey.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Dutch school within a relevant field of study.
• Able to live and work in the Netherlands and work on-site in Amsterdam.
• Practical experience with UI Design and/or UX Design.
• Affinity for Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or Motion Design.
• Strong interest in player psychology and interface interactions.
• Passion for gaming across various platforms.
