What you will do

• Coordinate annual planning, rolling forecasts, and monthly performance reviews across France.
• Consolidate, analyze, and challenge KPIs and financial/operational performance data.
• Prepare executive-ready dashboards and decision-support materials to drive regional strategy.
• Identify performance gaps and risks, proposing and implementing corrective actions.
• Support regional transformation initiatives, monitoring milestones and the adoption of new operating models.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Sales, and People & Culture teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business analysis, operations, PMO, controlling, or performance management.
• Strong analytical and structuring skills, with comfort handling KPIs and forecasts.
• Fluent in both French and English.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a structured environment.
• Experience in an international or multi-country environment is a strong advantage.
