What you will do

• Build and own the infrastructure for validating autonomous features across planning, perception, and control.
• Design high-fidelity simulation tools and scenario generation for large-scale testing under real-world and edge-case conditions.
• Develop custom validation tools that integrate directly into the internal autonomy development stack.
• Create scalable and automated solutions for running and analyzing thousands of validation tasks across the organization.
• Collaborate with autonomy, systems, and data engineers to codify safety thresholds and requirements.
• Establish best practices for software release validation to ensure the autonomy stack is production-ready.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building systems for testing, simulation, or safety validation in autonomy, aerospace, or robotics.
• Fluency in C++, Rust, C, or C#.
• Experience with custom simulation tools, game engines, or scenario generation frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, containers, and distributed execution pipelines (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS).
• Proven track record of building infrastructure tools and platforms used by other engineers.
