What you will do
- Drive all human resource activities and the alignment of human strategies for assigned departments.
- Incorporate business priorities into the HR agenda to achieve organizational targets and critical metrics.
- Provide consultancy and guidance on corporate HR policies, processes, and practices.
- Manage day-to-day HR issues, including employment, employee relations, and compensation and benefits.
- Act as a thought-partner to management to find creative solutions for business needs.
- Support employee engagement and promote the company's culture and ways of working.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR Management, Occupational Psychology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, including at least 2 years as an HR Manager or HRBP.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle.
- Advanced leadership skills and experience interacting with management on business strategy and goals.
- Ability to translate complex business issues into actionable HR implications and analyze data.
- Strong critical thinking and professional composure when handling sensitive situations.
