What you will do

• Define and improve metrics representing product performance and operational efficiency
• Collect, clean, and transform raw data from multiple sources into usable formats
• Identify operational inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions
• Assess proposed solutions through backtesting, A/B testing, and mathematical modeling
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to improve the overall data landscape

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in data science
• Strong proficiency in mathematical statistics and probability theory
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, including pandas, visualization, and ML packages
• Expertise in machine learning and math modeling for informed decision-making
• Strong proficiency in causal inference methods and A/B test design

Nice to have

• Experience with Spark
• Experience with Metabase and Grafana
• Experience working in Agile environments or collaborating with development teams
