What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy secure, fault-tolerant backend services available to millions of users.
• Take full ownership of services from initial design through to production operations.
• Develop features within key business domains: Wealth Management, Financial Crime Prevention, Customer Acquisition, or Member Money Movement.
• Implement seamless interactions between fiat and crypto in a secure banking environment.
• Collaborate with a distributed team and receive mentorship from senior engineers.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in software engineering and proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred).
• Basic understanding of microservices, cloud-native patterns, and container-based applications.
• Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle, including CI/CD and automated testing.
• Interest in Event-Driven Architecture and Domain-Driven Design.
• Growth mindset and eagerness to solve complex problems at the intersection of traditional finance and Bitcoin.
