What you will do

• Design and develop end-to-end gamified mechanisms to drive key business metrics such as purchases and engagement.
• Build interactive challenges and reward systems, including promotions, task achievement, and virtual point systems.
• Develop innovative features for the Android mobile app using Kotlin.
• Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to refine product strategies and improve user experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Android native development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Expertise in Kotlin and Java, with a strong ability to write declarative code and create fluid, responsive UIs.
• Proven track record of shipping user-facing features rapidly.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills without relying on translation apps.
• Must be based in China.

Nice to have

• Experience building E-commerce products.
• Fullstack development experience.
