What you will do
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for high-volume roles in Customer Experience, Trust & Safety, and Fraud.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using creative channels beyond LinkedIn to reach top candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to design job descriptions, screening rubrics, and comprehensive hiring plans.
- Iterate on candidate feedback and signals to optimize the recruiting process and candidate experience.
- Mentor peers and share best practices to raise the bar for recruiting excellence across the organization.
- Build and standardize scalable recruiting workflows to support the company's rapid growth.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience recruiting for Operations teams (CX, Trust & Safety, Fraud, or Business Operations).
- Proven track record in high-growth startups or fast-paced companies of scale.
- Experience managing high-volume pipelines while maintaining a high bar for quality.
- Strong sourcing mindset with a passion for building relationships with passive talent.
- Data-focused approach to measuring pipeline health and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Strong commitment to diversity hiring and inclusive interview practices.
