🌍 Fully remote
At TaxDome, we’re building the #1 practice management platform for accounting firms in the US and globally. We are a 400+ fully remote team across 40+ countries, serving tens of thousands of businesses worldwide.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own a product cluster within our platform — someone who can deeply understand the problem space, identify the highest-impact opportunities, and drive measurable results. This is a role for a product thinker who acts like an owner, not a backlog manager.
🔎 What we’re looking for:
• 10+ years in Product Management with strong B2B SaaS experience
• Strong discovery skills and confidence in customer interviews
• Structured, data-informed decision-making
• True partnership with Engineering and Design
• High autonomy and accountability for outcomes, not just delivery
• Experience using AI tools in discovery, research, or execution workflows
• English B2–C1
📌 What you’ll do:
• Form hypotheses, validate them, and defend priorities with evidence
• Propose quarterly product plans based on business impact
• Co-own problems with Engineering and Design
• Define success metrics upfront and iterate based on post-launch results
• Work with both qualitative and quantitative data to make decisions
