What you will do

• Own the feature ingestion and storage infrastructure powering core business logic and ML models for growth, recommendations, and trust & safety.
• Design and evolve real-time feature pipelines to ensure sub-second latency, high reliability, and model training fidelity.
• Optimize system performance by managing resource utilization and developing intelligent feature caching strategies.
• Build abstractions, APIs, and developer tools to empower ML scientists to iterate faster on near-real-time features.
• Drive technical initiatives to scale AI capabilities across the hirify.global ecosystem.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience developing machine learning systems and algorithms.
• 3+ years of software engineering experience building production systems for consumer-scale loads.
• 1+ years of professional experience developing software in Python.
• Experience with operational and key-value databases such as PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, and Redis.
• Familiarity with AWS (Sagemaker, Lambda, Kinesis, S3, EC2, EKS/ECS), Apache Kafka, and Flink.
• Must be based in the US within commuting distance of NY, Seattle, LA, or SF hubs.
