What you will do

• Coordinate Town Halls, monthly social events, and offsite meetings, managing all logistics and feedback.
• Own the day-to-day workplace experience by identifying pain points and implementing practical operational improvements.
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including compliance checks, inductions, and equipment returns.
• Oversee office operations, including procurement of supplies, budget tracking, expense reporting, and general cleanliness.
• Serve as the primary liaison for vendors, contractors, building management, and landlord relations.
• Collaborate with OHS consultants to enforce health and safety policies and manage emergency drills.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Workplace Experience, Office Management, or HR Operations.
• Proven track record in planning internal events and managing onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a service-oriented approach.
• Experience with budget tracking, procurement, and managing external vendors.
• Business level proficiency in English (B2 or above).
• Availability to work onsite in Limassol, Cyprus.
