What you will do
- Execute social media strategy and manage content calendars for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube across France and Benelux.
- Lead the strategy and launch of the Instagram channel in France.
- Conduct regional storytelling by connecting with hospitality clients to create authentic, high-impact content.
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce native short-form video and high-quality assets.
- Manage community engagement and monitor performance using Hootsuite and Meta Business Suite.
- Coordinate workflows using Monday.com and Jira to ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
Requirements
- 3+ years of social media management experience, preferably in SaaS, tech, or hospitality.
- Native-level French and high proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Proven track record of owning content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Experience in end-to-end content production: scripting, interviewing, editing, and publishing.
- Proficiency with social media analytics tools (Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
- Must be based in or able to work from the Paris office according to the hybrid structure.
Nice to have
- Experience launching or scaling social media channels in new markets.
- Experience with influencer or creator collaborations.
- Knowledge of Dutch.
- Affinity for the hospitality sector.
