What you will do

• Architect multi-agent systems using LangGraph to manage intricate workflows.
• Optimize LLMs through quantization, distributed inference, and GPU fine-tuning.
• Manage the end-to-end MLOps lifecycle, including model monitoring and pipeline deployment.
• Develop asynchronous, high-load REST API services using FastAPI.
• Collaborate on microservices architecture and provide technical mentorship to team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML or backend engineering.
• Higher technical education or specialized AI/ML certifications.
• Proven experience in mentoring junior engineers.
• Expertise in PyTorch, distributed training, and advanced RAG strategies.
• Strong background in microservices, Docker, and message brokers like RabbitMQ.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL (Oracle PL/SQL or PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
