What You’ll Do
Conduct demo calls with inbound leads and handle proactive outreach
Run live product demos, showing how the system finds leads and manages conversations in real time
Close deals with marketers, agencies, business owners, and technical buyers
Handle objections and position the product effectively against other outreach tools
Own the full sales cycle: from first contact to payment
Collect client feedback and relay it to the product team
Drive upsells and retention for existing clients
Who We’re Looking For 1+ year of B2B sales experience (SaaS, digital tools, or automation is a strong plus)
Understanding of Telegram as a communication and marketing channel
Ability to run live demos and explain product value in 2–3 sentences
Comfortable working with different buyer personas: from skeptics to technical specialists
Fluent English (required)
Fluent Russian
Ukrainian is a plus
Self-starter mindset with readiness to work in a small agile team
Nice to Have
Experience with lead generation tools
Basic understanding of AI / LLM technologies
Experience selling marketing or advertising products to agencies
CRM and funnel analytics skills
Conditions
Fully remote role 🩶SALARY Base:$1,500
10% commission on sales after hitting KPI
Trial period: 1 month
Trial target: 3 closed clients with a minimum $500 deal size each
