MarTech Lead (Fintech)

TL;DR

MarTech Lead (Fintech): Managing and scaling the marketing technology ecosystem, including CMS and automation, with an accent on AI-powered tooling and system stability. Focus on designing AI-driven workflows to reduce manual operations and building robust internal infrastructure to decrease dependency on external engineering.

Location: Hybrid (Kaunas, Lithuania). Most team members are in the office two days a week.

Salary: €3,230 – €4,850 gross per month

What you will do

• Own the full Martech stack and execute a technical roadmap aligned with web-first acquisition OKRs.
• Oversee WordPress development and provide direction and quality control to contract developers.
• Implement AI-driven workflows and agents using tools like LangGraph, n8n, or similar.
• Lead integrations between the website, marketing platforms, GA4, and GTM.
• Translate business strategies into executable technical roadmaps within a cross-functional squad.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Martech, digital operations, or technical marketing.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress, CRM, and automation tools.
• Proficiency in building AI-driven workflows and orchestration tools.
• Strong understanding of API-based workflows and marketing analytics (GTM, GA4).
• Experience managing technical contractors or freelancers.

Nice to have

• Experience leading technical Martech initiatives from scoping to delivery.
• Interest in testing emerging digital tools and a track record of driving innovation.
• Familiarity with programmatic SEO at scale.
