Location: Delft, Netherlands. Must be able to relocate to the Netherlands.

Salary: €3,059 - €3,881 gross per month

What you will do

• Explore and develop innovative receiver and ADC architectures for accurate observation of transmitter signals.
• Design time-domain receiver concepts and high-speed, medium-resolution ADCs with high dynamic range.
• Perform system-level modeling, architectural exploration, and transistor-level circuit design.
• Execute detailed simulation and verification of developed architectures.
• Implement architectures as integrated circuits and validate them through measurements on fabricated silicon chips.

Requirements

• M.Sc. degree in Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Strong background in analog, mixed-signal, and RF circuit design.
• Hands-on RTL design experience using SystemVerilog, Verilog, or Verilog-AMS.
• Strong command of English (spoken and written).
• Must be able to relocate to the Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Prior tape-out experience.
• Familiarity with digital back-end flow, including synthesis, place-and-route, and timing closure.
