What you will do

• Oversee daily IT operations, help desk management, and ensure infrastructure stability.
• Manage employee onboarding/offboarding, access control, and IT asset tracking.
• Administer enterprise tools including Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft 365.
• Lead infrastructure projects such as hardware refreshes and new service integrations.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive IT documentation.
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements for IT services.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of macOS and Windows environments.
• Experience administering Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft 365.
• Proven track record in IT troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for end-user devices.
• Native-level Japanese and Business-level English proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote-first environment.
• Must be based in Tokyo, Japan.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of identity management systems like Okta or OneLogin.
• Experience with MDM solutions and AWS cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with network administration and security.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash or PowerShell.
