What you will do

  • Oversee model risk management throughout the entire model lifecycle to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead and execute model validations according to internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including business representatives and risk management partners (1LoR, 2LoR).
  • Produce accurate and high-quality model validation reports with actionable feedback for improvement.
  • Bridge business knowledge within the model risk domain to create tangible value for the business.

Requirements

  • Master’s or PhD degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Econometrics, or Finance.
  • 3+ years of experience in banking and quantitative risk management, specifically with Financial Markets or Treasury models.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the financial services industry.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Proven ability in leadership, collaboration, and managing diverse stakeholders.
