What you will do

• Manage daily portfolio operations for hirify.global Capital in the UAE, tracking P&L and key lending metrics such as utilisation, repayment, delinquency, and yield.
• Serve as the operational lead for private credit fund partnerships, coordinating drawdowns, repayments, and covenant compliance.
• Oversee relationships with channel partners to align demand generation with portfolio capacity.
• Coordinate with risk and operations teams to monitor collections and remediate emerging risk patterns.
• Act as the primary business contact for legal and compliance regarding UAE regulatory requirements, queries, and audits.
• Collaborate with the product team to translate operational feedback from partners into actionable feature requirements.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in lending, credit, structured finance, or B2B financial services.
• Strong proficiency in financial data analysis, P&L reporting, and credit metrics.
• Experience managing external lenders, funds, or distribution partners.
• Knowledge of credit risk concepts and delinquency management.
• Familiarity with UAE and/or KSA financial regulations is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with sophisticated financial partners and regulators.
