What you will do

• Plan, design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for large-scale cloud systems.
• Contribute to existing automation tools, frameworks, and related solutions.
• Analyze system and feature designs to identify flaws and propose improvements.
• Validate the integration of platform services, data, and customer-facing features.
• Leverage open-source solutions to build innovative testing tools.
• Collaborate across multiple teams to turn prototypes into core services.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in test automation development or as an SDET.
• Proficiency in programming with a solid grasp of OOP, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with Web Services (JSON, REST, gRPC, RPC, or XML).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems like Jenkins or Atlassian tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, test-driven, and iterative programming environment.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Bucharest, Romania.

Nice to have

• Experience with Go (will be taught if not known).
• Knowledge of Cassandra, Kafka, Elasticsearch, or Redis.
• Experience with AWS Cloud.
