An international automotive supplier specializing in high-end wire harness systems and vehicle interiors with a global presence.

What you will do

• Ensure compliance with quality requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate directly with customers regarding initial sampling processes and series changes.
• Detect quality weaknesses early and implement effective corrective measures.
• Manage quality activities within change meetings and project updates.
• Apply continuous improvement (CIP) strategies to reduce non-quality costs and target a zero-mistake environment.

Requirements

• University degree in a technical field, preferably Electrotechnics or Electrical Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in quality and project management.
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 standards.
• Proficiency in quality tools: APQP, FMEA, PPAP/PPF, 8D methodology, Q7 tools, and SPC.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.
• Analytical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
