What you will do

• Design and build AI-powered products and integrations across multiple systems and partners.
• Translate business and partner requirements into scalable, well-structured technical solutions.
• Build and iterate on AI-powered workflows, including prompt design and evaluating agent outputs.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code and Cursor to accelerate development.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders in a distributed, asynchronous environment.
• Contribute to defining solution patterns and standards for the Australian engineering team.

Requirements

• Strong experience designing systems using APIs (REST, GraphQL, webhooks, event-driven systems).
• Proven ability to take problems from concept through to production with minimal oversight.
• Strong engineering fundamentals and experience with the full SDLC (Git, CI/CD, deployments).
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar).
• Familiarity with LLM-powered and agentic workflow design.
• Strong written communication and ability to operate effectively in a distributed, async environment
