What you will do

• Build and maintain NICE CXone Studio scripts, including call flows, IVR, and routing logic.
• Integrate CXone with backend systems via REST APIs, event flows, and data actions.
• Develop and deploy RESTful microservices using Java and the Spring Boot framework.
• Troubleshoot platform issues utilizing logs, monitoring tools, and call trace/debug utilities.
• Optimize contact flows and performance tuning based on real-time and historical metrics.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and support teams to deliver reliable contact-center solutions.

Requirements

• Advanced-Intermediate proficiency in NICE CXone Studio scripts, ACD, IVR, and omnichannel workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in Java and object-oriented design principles.
• Experience developing RESTful microservices with Spring Boot.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitHub.
• Must be based in Mexico.
