What you will do

• Own the full execution of hirify.global’s core product design, including every pixel, interaction, and user journey.
• Set the global standard for design excellence, aiming to compete with products like Apple, Figma, and Linear.
• Shape and scale the Product Design team from the ground up, including hiring and mentoring talent.
• Collaborate with the CEO on strategic roadmap decisions and long-term product vision.
• Evolve the creative editor and redesign the workspace to support fast-growing global organizations.
• Lead the vision and execution of the industry's first motion design OS.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience designing for high-growth startups or scale-ups in a senior or director position.
• Outstanding visual design skills, specifically in typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Obsessive attention to detail and a natural ability to simplify complex workflows.
• Must be based in Paris (onsite).
• Experience in motion design is a strong bonus.
