What you will do

• Lead complex measurement strategy, tagging, and instrumentation workstreams across multiple business areas and platforms.
• Translate ambiguous stakeholder needs into structured measurement plans, event frameworks, and tracking requirements.
• Own and guide event design, tagging architecture, and QA strategies to support reliable and scalable measurement.
• Establish and reinforce best practices for event naming conventions, parameter logic, and data layer requirements.
• Lead implementation audits to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improving measurement quality.
• Collaborate with Data Analysts, Engineers, and Architects to align measurement solutions with reporting objectives and business goals.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in digital measurement, event tracking, and analytics implementation.
• Deep working knowledge of tag management, data layers, cookie governance, and customer event flows.
• Must be based in the provinces of Ontario or Québec (Canada).
• Fluent English proficiency (C1+) for collaboration with teams in the Americas and Europe.
• Strong ability to translate technical tracking concepts into business-relevant recommendations for executives.
• Proven capacity to operate independently in ambiguous situations and bring structure to undefined needs.

Nice to have

• Google Analytics certification or GA4 learning path.
• Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, or Adobe Launch training.
• Specialized training in privacy, consent, or analytics implementation tools.
